How to request a refund
Refunds are processed by our payment provider, Paddle. To request a refund, visit paddle.net and look up your order, or email us at consulting@drmarciahawk.com with your booking reference and we'll help.
Rescheduling
Prefer a new time instead of a refund? You can reschedule a confirmed session free of charge up to 24 hours before it starts — just email us.
Session issues
If a confirmed session can't take place because of a problem on our side (for example the coach is unavailable or a technical failure), we'll offer you a reschedule or a full refund — your choice — regardless of when it happens.
